THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! Trucking companies should do their homework before purchasing services from this company. In my experience, the sales presentation created the impression that the services were related to required DOT compliance. I later learned the company was a third-party provider and not a government agency. Verify all compliance requirements directly with the FMCSA/DOT before paying for any service.

Very poor management. I was brought on to help with marketing, sales, and various ways to increase customer retention. After many months of both owners not paying their admin and sales team, things were destined to fail. I can't get a hold of either Alexxander or Sylvia, both of whom are owners. To put it bluntly, Purcell is a ripoff. No communication, and the owner absolutely never follows through with what he says he will do. We hired a driver, based on bad info from Purcell, who had a horrible driving history. He ended up wrecking our truck on the third day. It was a total loss. The ONLY good part of Purcell was Jeff Obenchain, who was always prompt with his responses. although most of what I needed was out of his hands. He has moved on to another company.

A 1 star is overdoing it here. Terrible ownership with zero communication after the payment is received. Continue to take out funds from credit cards each month, only to prolong what needs done so more funds are allocated to Purcell. The work paid for does not get completed on time, often times overlooked all together, and almost impossible to get a hold of either owner. Never use this company for any safety or compliance sections around the USDOT account.
