Gucci glasses So bad customer service
I accidentally broke my GUCCI GLASSES. I got from this Purba Vision location. I called them before and they said the person who is supposed to fix them isn’t there for one whole week. I called multiple times and the receptionists aren’t doing their work on time, and they don’t attend to the phone. I called today and she said she’ll give me a call back but i never got one. Awesome staff, fast service, very easy to deal with. 5 stars. Highly recommend it.
Been going to this store since 2020. Got my parents buy glasses here as well. Just got my bent glasses fixed for no additional cost. Very fast service and very helpful people. Always satisfied with my purchases here.
