I've been coming to Purba Vision on Father Tobin Road since day one and the service has always been top-tier. I recently had new lenses put into two frames, and when one accidentally broke at the lab, they replaced it free of charge with zero hassle. Excellent customer service and complete integrity. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Tanya was incredibly kind and provided us with comprehensive assistance in selecting and gathering information about our claims. We truly appreciate your friendly and exceptional service.

I had a great experience at Purba Vision. I stopped by because I needed a screw fixed on my glasses, and Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She took care of it right away and didn’t charge me anything, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find such friendly and genuine customer service these days. Tanya went out of her way to help, and I really appreciated her kindness. I highly recommend Purba Vision to anyone looking for excellent service and caring staff.
