Dr. Benkert is a wonderful human being that works to inspire other people to grow into living their healthiest self. Dr. Cj and her team are amazing, this program has completly transformed my life. I have lost 90 lbs and am off all of the meds. I was taking prior to the start of my lifestyle change.
Dr CJ cares so much about the health of people. She wants so passionately to see you thrive in life without the drugs that medical doctors prescribe. I actually cried (happy tears) when she said I could be off of my Diabetic medication. My glucose numbers are now within the range of prediabetic and/or a non diabetic. I'm not perfect I mess up sometimes but I love learning from Dr CJ what makes my body THRIVE! I RECOMMEND her program to all and dont look back

I constantly get spam texts from 474747 claiming to be " Dr. Cynthia Benkert" with Pura Vida Wellness and I have no idea how "she" or they got my information. I've blocked the number every way possible, and replied STOP and still get texts constantly. I'd give -5 stars if I could, because they are SHADY.
