After two years of countless appointments with various Neugologists, Spinal Doctors, Emergency Room physicians, and my PCP, my long journey ended with Dr. Purath. She is an amazing Neurologist who took time to listen and get the treatment I needed to heal from a spinal fluid leak. I had migranes for over two years and I was getting nowhere with anyone. The doctor is very nice, just getting to her is very complicated. Her staff is very unhelpful and don’t have customer service skills at all! They make you feel like everything is up to you to take care of from making sure insurance is correct, to the pharmacy running everything through correctly. That is a headache in itself!! I have left that facility and her staff seemed more excited than anything. They will even turn you away if they messed up your Botox order and you (the patient) gets the pharmacy to overnight! Not professional, Look elsewhere (Froedtert Medical College has great Doctors for Migranes) I live by the Biblical saying, Do unto others as you would do unto yourself. This needs to be the mission statement of ALL doctors.
