I would never recommend this company to anyone! I purchased a whole home water purification system from Purahome 9 years ago. Mario and his team were absolutely fabulous to deal with. HOWEVER, since Culligan purchased Purahome the service has been absolutely abysmal. Reception is the only bright side. I have called service numerous times in the last +3 weeks regarding my water purification system and have yet to get a return call from a service technician. Great product and the customer service team assisted me and went above and beyond all the way with the installation process using photos and videos. Highly recommended! The product is high quality as well!
One of my friends suggested this business and I am beyond grateful. I was buying huge jugs of water that I could barely handle. (Not to mention that it was in plastic jugs.) The cost of this water purifying system will have paid for itself within a year. The amount of water I went through regularly was equivalent to the cost of the system but with some savings and obvious benefits. 💯 Better water (and far better taste) and no more plastic jugs. My Earthing experience… I noted the Earthing display in a recent visit to Purahome. I quickly recalled reading about the whole premise of grounding oneself to earth a few years ago; however, being originally skeptical of the idea I never truly gave it a second thought.
