I had such a great experience with Ashley. My lip filler is stunning, shes super sweet, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. The front desk girls make it feel inviting as soon as you walk in with how friendly they are. I cannot stress how much good things I could say about pura vida wellness!
I had the most amazing experience at Pura Vida Wellness! I had a facial with Mandy and it was absolutely incredible — so relaxing, refreshing, and my skin has never looked better. I also had Botox and lip filler done by Ashley, and my results are honestly out of this world. I’ve been to two other med spas before, and Pura Vida Wellness is by far the best facility I’ve ever been to. My results look beautiful and natural, exactly what I wanted. I had a great experience at Pura Vida! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. My injectors Ashley and Jocelyn (who was training) took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained everything thoroughly. Everything turned out so natural, balanced, and exactly what I was wanting. The entire process was smooth and virtually painless. I already can’t wait to return for future appointments!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pura Vida Wellness. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. They take the time to truly listen to your concerns and never make you feel rushed during your appointment. Their attention to detail and personalized approach really sets them apart. The results I have experienced have been fantastic, and it is clear they are passionate about helping their clients feel their best. I highly recommend them to anyone looking fo... read more

When I expressed concern to the front desk, I was informed I would receive a phone call from the owners but that never occurred within the time frame promise... read more
