I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance through their affiliate upsize matters and even paid a deposit. Now 2 days before my appointment I get an email that said appointment canceled. When I called they lied and said they tried to contact me but I didn’t answer. They refused to let me keep my appointment. I hope the owner of this clinic reads this so he knows his incompetent staff just cost him 6000.00 cash. Do NOT use this clinic.
My son was treated here for a capillary bundle (simple terms) in his middle finger. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how the Dr. broke down all the concerns and procedure steps for me in a personal way. We had to reschedule a few times for his procedure but everything was handled in a timely manner. The facility is nicely setup and welcoming. I hope we don't have to visit again for obvious reason, but I highly recommend the facility.

If you’re considering laser vein treatment, I can’t recommend Dr. Himmelberg and the entire team enough. Their professionalism, combined with a warm, caring approach, made the entire experience top-notch. Dr. Himmelberg took the extra time to explain the entire process thoroughly, explained it and used terminology I understood, and took the time to answer all my questions. I had an excellent experience. Dr. Himmelberg was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the care I received was top-notch. I highly recommend this clinic.
