Absolutely amazing service to family and friends and myself .The staff and patients showed a great deal of respect for neighbors and one another as well as showing hospitality to anyone who they had made contact with. The Pura Vida has saved my life and others in so many ways and always went above and beyond to make sure everyone received the care that they required to make the most of their stay.

I spent 7 days in the detox house on Montecito. It could not have been a better experience. It was medically assisted. It has very nice rooms and the food is excellent! The biggest plus was the kindness of the staff. Every single staff member i dealt with (all of them) were the absolute best, they truly care!!!

Pura Vida literally has given my life back. I have tried numerous times to stop drinking and have gone through rehab in the past but, nothing seemed to work.
