contrary to popular belief, Pura Vida is likely not good por your vida. I always go to the miami locations and it's a reliable spot to just walk in and immediately get served food. their FPS (food prep speed) is legendary. Food is great and staff is super nice and welcoming. However I keep having issues with mobile orders. Recently I keep paying for sides but they don’t get included with my order. This has already happened twice within the span of a week. The first time the staff gave it to me without any hassle when I went in the next day to order food. In addition to this I never get any utensils included with my food despite including it in my mobile order.
