So I came here yesterday (06/09/10) for the first time and I had really good experience, I had the salmon bowl, which was amazing but for me it need extra feta cheese, I asked the waitress and she gave me without any problem or questions. So I decided to come back today(06/10/26) but this time I meet “little corporation girl” that told me if I needed anything extra it would be extra charges based on CORPORATION RULES. Always love getting food from here!! Brooke was super sweet and answered all of my questions about the fridge items and merchandise. The store is also so clean and this is the best spot for getting food that is healthy and tastes good!
Pura Vida at UTC Mall is a delightful restaurant that with a unique and modern ambiance. They serve an impressive array of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, wraps, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks throughout the day. The food here is consistently fresh. The Tuna Avocado sandwich and the Watermelon Mint salad are a must-try. The friendly and attentive manager, Willy, and staff make for a pleasant dining experience.
Overpriced and overrated. The food isn’t “bad” persay but $25 for a glorified poke bowl with like 60% greens is not worth it. On top of that they have a service charge for using a card AND a tip request at the end of the transaction like come on lol. I won’t be back.
