Casey was great! Very professional and personal!
I paid for a hydra facial package and they did not honor the fact that I couldn’t make monthly appointments for this service, even though I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. They changed their booking system but I am in the wrong because they can’t see the number of appointments I should have available. I am very disappointed in this med spa and will never refer them to anyone.
These laser hair removal sessions have been amazing. They really are pain-free and I wish I learned about Pura Vida sooner. Everyone is so kind and professional.
Just had a Diamond Glow facial with Samantha and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience! The space was clean and relaxing, and Samantha was super knowledgeable and kind. I left feeling refreshed, deeply cleansed and smooth - Highly recommend!
