Dive company very unorganized. Poor communication. Rude staff. If you choose to dive with this company remember that no equipment is included and everything costs extra even down to flashlights and glow sticks when doing a night dive. When equipment is rented from the dive shop you or the diver is responsible for transportation to and from dive boat or shore. The contract that you sign will not inform of all items needed so don’t assume because that is not how they operate.
Pura Vida was very communicative prior to the dive which I greatly appreciated. Had an excellent experience doing 2 seperate days of 2-tank wreck and deep reef dives. The boat crew was friendly, and the guides were knowledgeable. Snacks and drinks were also provided. James is also a on excellent private guide, and his experience helped me feel more comfortable in the water as I'm still a novice diver. I look forward to diving with them in the future.
Got my PADI Certification in 3 days, then Eanx in the same week. Everyone is very helpful and very friendly.

Had a great time diving the BHB with Pura Vida. Super patient instructors and guides. They were able to accommodate on short notice and provide a memorable and safe diving experience for a 10 year old. Female instructors were a plus for wife and daughter who loved the classes and dives. We also picked up some good gear at great prices. Thanks to Madison and Adam for making it memorable.
