Love , love, love this place. McMinnville doesn't have very good authentic international restaurants, but this place stands out. One of my top favorites places in town
The staff and chefs at Pura Vida care. They care about service and quality of food. The presentation and preparation is always delightful. The combination of flavors and textures is always so perfect. I've had nearly everything on the menu, and in my opinion can't go wrong with anything. I prefer the salads and tacos--they are my go to. Great flavors with lots of fresh ingredients! I highly recommend the quinoa stuffed peppers! I also loved the habanero hot sauce - be careful, it is potent, however flavorful!
Authentic, delicious Central American dishes you won't find elsewhere in town. A real treat to the taste buds!
The food was delightful and delicious. The people, warm and welcoming. Will definitely come again, if I am in town!
