I was very disappointed. I received a gift certificate for a facial with Pure Vida. It says on the card that there is no expiration. When I called to schedule the facial the owner indicated that she no longer did massages. I asked for a credit then for her other services and she told me that I should have had the facial a long time ago and that she did not owe me anything. She was not only rude but very unsympathetic. Very sad!
Pura Vida Botanicals offers the best products and spa services I have ever tried and experienced. After having a facial my face feels so good and looks even better. I use the shampoo, face cleanser, toner and sun butter at home and am very happy with the results!
