I called Pura Vida, inquiring about hair loss options, and informed the receptionist it was a 45 minute drive for me to get there. When I arrived, I had to fill out paperwork (standard), I went back to the room (when called), and the appointment lasted 5-10 minutes max. I was given 2 options for the thinning of my hair with extremely high prices; I was expecting more to find the reason as to why my hair is excessively shedding vs price options.
