I was trying to purchase a gift card for my sister to get a massage. Since custom gift cards weren’t available on their website, I called and was directed to a text support option. After 20 minutes, I was no closer to getting the answers I needed. Customer service is very disappointing, which doesn’t give me confidence in the rest. I will be looking elsewhere
