I seldomly come here to give feedback, but when I do it’s always because a product or service have consistently shown a pattern of reliability and trustworthiness, or the complete opposite. This Pura Vida Miami location has consistently provided a service that has made me feel welcome and seen from the moment I step into the building. My office is right next to Pura Vida and it’s been awesome. I love the fresh food and smoothies. It’s a little pricey for lunch, but it’s a great once a week treat from a busy morning in the office. The staff is great too, especially Queenie who went the extra mile to give great service and request the review. Pro tip: order food on the app otherwise you’ll have a small service fee attached to the bill.
Queenie is the sweetest!! She always has a smile on her face and is super attentive!
