Today's order was incomplete and attempts to contact the restaurant were futile due to their exclusive chat-based communication. A subsequent delivery never materialized. Consequently, instead of a refund, they offered a credit for future purchases, which is unacceptable given their demonstrated unreliability for our work-related needs.
