I have lived 2 blocks from Pura Vida in South Beach ( 110 Washington Ave) for 5 years. I order the decaf Miami Mocha with Coconut water (almond milk upsets my stomach.) I probably order it 2-3 times a week. I also attend the Sunset Harbour location. I have never had a problem with this order in 5 years. Yesterday i placed the order at the South Beach location. The lady at the register was not sure how to place the order and asked the manager for assistance. The manager by the name of Andrea said" we cannot place that order" ... read more
