When I arrived for my first (and ultimate ) visit, the receptionist answered my “hello” with an annoyed glare. I received a swift, 2 minute cleaning and the dentist was also extremely rude: This place is very close to my home but I will not come back. I .am. not. a. masochist.
Their service was terrible. Wrong information was sent in to my insurance, approval had to be resubmitted with correct dentist name, had it approved. DAY OF APPOINTMENT PURA DENTAL CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT WITH NO REASON AT ALL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PURA DENTAL TO ANYONE!!!!!!
Went there nice clean place dentist was very professional made me comfortable going back for dental work..
