On 9/18/2025 Pur Solar & Electrical was excavating on our neighbor’s property in Chino Valley and damaged our underground natural gas line, which has supplied our home since 1961. Instead of taking responsibility, they told us it wasn’t their problem because the line is “private” and spans multiple properties. They also claim that because the nick in the line didn't have a directly leak, they're not responsible, despite the fact that there were no leaks prior to them hitting our line. That claim is false.
