My experience with this business has been a bad one! First of all they can't keep any regular technicians. They age no one to run the front desk, never anyone in the placet to use facilities which are supposedtpbe available to members anytime during business hours! Now the doors are closed, did NOT receive any prior notice to this, yet my credit card continued to be charged monthly. Now they say will be opening in Orange Beach at a new casino there this summer. STAY AWAY!!! APPALLING SERVICE! My husband bought me a massage/facial combo for Valentines Day. When I called to make the appointment on Feb 29 the employee, Alyssa, informed me of the same and I booked an appointment for four days later. But the day of, March 4th, they refused to honor the promotion saying it has been expired, although no paperwork they gave me stated this. BEAUTIFUL SPA. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVED MY HYDRAFACIAL!!! LORI the esthetican was amazing!!! I also have had BOTOX and Dr. Howell was so nice and painless super happy with my results!!
Very relaxing. Great amenities available. Don't be fooled by the location. This is a great place to rest and relax while being pampered.
