Alex and the team at PUR Collision are knowledgeable, honest, and the best I have come across in LA. I've had an issue with my door handle and visited other shops prior, but none could help me the way PUR Collision did. Alex gave me the information straight and did not even charge me for the installation. Easily a 10/10, my experience was great.
Alex is efficient, effective, personable, & fair-minded. He goes the extra mile for his customers, taking the time to put them at ease and noticing issues that need tending outside of the body work being done. He put air in the tires, for example, and replaced a headlight bulb for no charge. Alex is dependable and the quality of his work is superb!
Halving and accident is the worse but PUR collision ctr made it easy. They were friendly, professional and honest. They finished the work on time as promised
Alex was my savior!! I got a scratch on my rental car the day before I was supposed to return it and I was freaking out wondering what I was gonna do and just a quick call with Alex at PUR Collision Center relieved all my stress. He told me to come in that same day and he took care of it. Super fast, super professional. I would recommend EVERYONE to come here for if you need help with your car.
The owner is scammer. He told me that he will fix my car and get money from insurance since I got in accident but then failed to do so. He made me to pay for storage and sad he doesn't care. Do NOT deal with this shop
