I had a wonderful experience at Pur Balance. The receptionist is friendly and very kind. I had a facial booked with Mylla and I could not recommend her enough. She is incredible knowledgeable and patient, sharing so many things that I found helpful on my skin journey. She took the time to hear my skin goals and concerns and even customized the facial on the spot to ensure my concerns were addressed. Dissapointed after my first visit.. After seeing so many good reviews (I doubt they're all legit), I booked an appointment. From the moment I got there, I felt right away that this place is money-centered. I felt like on the factory line. No personal touch, everyone is like a robot -fake smile, fake politeness from the moment you get in, till your massage is over. Dissapointed..
Great esthetic. I love the infrared sauna.
Staff are amazing! Had a massage and facial and highly recommend.
