At first I thought they were great. They’re friendly and offer great deals and customer service! I thought I was getting a great deal on a wonderful pup. I was told her breed was hyper but she seemed calm and sweet at the store so I got her. I should have done more research, but puppyworld should also do breed education as well as background checks on people to make sure these dogs are going to good fitting homes and that the right person is getting the right dog. I purchased my Lhasa Apso from them She lived 15 1/2 years I couldn’t have asked for a better dog ❤️ She came from a good breeder All puppies No matter where they come from Need loving homes!

Been around for a long time, never purchased a puppy from store fronts before however found two puppies that we felt would work with our family. After reading all the reviews, I should have read them before I purchased a puppy. They tell you all the great stuff and how they cover the vet bill of $45 per dog. Took our pups to the vet 5 days later at a cost of $200. Both dogs had parasites in their stool and ear mites. Kind or not, I think this place should be shut down. DO NOT purchase a puppy from here. They will swear you’re buying a puppy from a reputable breeder, but once you research the breeder, you’ll find out it is actually a puppy mill that has been shut down. When you tell puppy world this, they’ll tell you it’s not true and the internet lies. Yes, I agree there are plenty of Hey lies on the internet, so to do proper research, one would look at multiple sources.
