I took Kojack (my Maltese dog) in for a bath and cut, the woman at the front assured me that he was in good care. After about 4th hour, I was concerned that I had not yet received a call back from the store, but FINALLY, my phone rang and they told me that Kojack was ready to be taken home. I was going to come into the store and complain, but as soon as I saw my dog all I could do was thank her for the service. Horrible experience. I was told to drop my dog off at 11:30am and would be called in a little bit when he was done being groomed. A little over 3 hours later, I had not heard back from them so I went back and asked if he was almost done. The one groomer did not even remember who my dog was, and after I reminded her, she said they didn't groom him yet.
