The only reason I brought my dogs to this kennel was because the one I had been using went up in price. Well, I wish I had spent the extra money and sent them to the place where I knew they were properly cared for. When I picked my dogs up, the bedding I sent was saturated in urine. In fact, I tossed it in the garbage it was so bad. So my dogs slept in pee all weekend. I gave them two stars because the staff was very friendly.

We will never use them again. Dog beds we took were so soaked with urine we could barely get them home, all 3 of our dogs came home immediately and drank 2 bowls of water and ate food ravenously. I am disgusted that I left my babies there to be so obviously neglected - I feel horrible to have left them there.

Puppy Love Hotel is a great place! My parents were flying in from overseas to spend a 5 week vacation in California- where I was going to meet them too. I had to leave my 6 month old puppy and I was very upset... I searched the Internet (high and low) - I phoned around all places- did visits to about 5 different types of boarding facilities and was almost out of luck when I found this place! Our family was one of the first to board at Puppy Love Hotel! The staff was very friendly and professional; they went out of their way to accommodate us! The facility is awesome with both indoor (with grass) and outdoor areas for the dogs to use! The owners are able to monitor the facility 24/7 (when they arent there). This place is high tech!! Dont worry about leaving your loved ones with Puppy Love Hotel! A perfect addition to Youngsville!! Thanks again!
