I wish there was an option for zero stars. I was yelled at for showing up at the appointment time given to me by Anthony, they insisted my appointment was a half an hour earlier. I know I would not have made an appointment at that time as I drop off kids to school at that time. When they saw I was upset for being inconvenienced and yelled at in front of other customers, they said we wouldn't be a good fit for them. It was a blessing Im certain. Whatever happened to professional customer service?
