First time in, I took to get my dogs nails cut. I have one dog that's very high stress and is usually stressed after getting her nails cut anywhere else. I take her and some places won't even take her because she's so loud. She's never bitten anybody but she sounds mean when she gets her nails cut. When I took her here it only took one person to cut her nails and she did a phenomenal job with her to where my dog isn't stressed at all right now. It was my first time at Pupcakes. I was very disappointed. I gave instructions on how I wanted my pet to be cut but they did whatever they wanted to do. My pet face don't look like they did anything. I let them know I was not happy before leaving their shop. Very dissatisfied customer!

My dog went for 4 days. He was perfectly washed before I took him and smelled fresh. When my friend picked him up he smelled awful. He had dried up poop on his back side and he smelled awful and looked up happy. The lady did not want to clean him off or remove poop from his backside. I was very upset, here I was fresh off vacation and had to clean my dog before I could love on him, because we missed him so much. But he will never go back to that place. They did him wrong he didn't deserve to be left like that.
