I just have to start off by saying that these guys are phenomenal!! !! I took my daughter’s Yorkie in for a haircut and nail trim And seeing how deathly afraid she was of PetSmart, and two other places that my daughter took her to, I was kind of skeptical so I was reading the reviews of this place so I decided to give it a try. I can not say enough great things about this place. My German shepherd is anxious and does not like being groomed. We went here for the first time and it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and patient with her. The prices are great as well. I will definitely be coming back. So glad I found a new place.
This was my first time taking my pup here, and I will definitely be coming back! They did a wonderful job and the customer service is wonderful. My pup is very anxious (and very annoying when she’s in a crate ). When I went to pick her up, one of the workers was hanging out with her instead of my pup being in the crate 🥹 I highly recommend taking your pup here!!
Our large lab was in desperate need of a de shedding bath and the folks here were so wonderful and kind. I am so impressed with the service here, we will be back for sure!
When they are there, they are amazing with my dog. No complaints. HOWEVER. We’ve gone twice during their “business hours” for a walk-in nail trim, and the shop is closed. No note on the door, no one answers the phone. Just closed. Super frustrating when we medicate our anxious senior dog for these visits and they’re closed with no notice or explanation.
