This place is a complete joke honestly why have a business if your not going to be taking well care of the client’s pets. I have heard bad experiences from people who have taken their pets to this place but I went ahead and took my baby here. I thought why not give it true but boy was I completely wrong to have taken my baby here. When we first got there we weren’t greeted or welcomed which was fine I guess. I recently took my dog to Pup Culture on Mission and they did a good job and I had an appointment for my cat today at 8:30 and showed up at 8:25 and no one was there and they appeared to be closed. I left a message on their voicemail. I finally got a call back and they were extremely rude and instigating I was a liar and they didn’t even remember what kind of appointment I had and just acted like I was an inconvenience.
