As I entered the reception area, staff delightfully greeted me. Testing went well. Upon Dr Joel's examination, he updated my lens. I inadvertently left without ordering them. My bad. When I got home, I did call to confirm my order of both my sunglasses & my regular eyeglass lens. Mahalo to Dr Joel & staff for a very pleasant Aloha Friday appointment today. Aloha.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Their service was conducted in a professional manner, but treated you personally like family. They took me in on short notice and though it was my first visit, it felt like I had been going there for years.
Joel and his staff are simply the best in the buisness. I could not ask for a better experience. From the front desk and to the techs, you get 150% professionalism and expertise. I trust my vision in their hands.
Dr. Punzal and his staff are always very nice and professional providing excellent and thorough eye care.
