Don’t think visiting the eye doctor has ever been this easy and unintimidating. The Doctor and Staff are all pleasant to work with and helpful. Dr. Punzal is knowledgeable, honest, caring, patient, informative, and checks for understanding. He makes good suggestions and offers various solutions.
Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so professional thorough and quick.
The experience, starting as soon as you walk in the door, is positive and very friendly. The employees are obviously very glad to be working there. Their professionalism extends into the exam rooms as they work with state of the art equipment. It is obviously Dr. Punzal’s personal and congenial demeanor with his patients that sets the tone for his staff.
