I normally never leave bad reviews, but this experience at Punto Rojo really left a horrible taste in my mouth. I came in for a delivery pickup and there were two women working the front. I politely showed the first woman the delivery name. She looked at me, walked to the back, came back out, and never said a single word to me. No “hello,” no “it’ll be a few minutes,” nothing.
