Good staff and mostly clean. The location is great and convenient. We paid $285 for the night plus an extra $50 for late checkout, but after checking in we were told maintenance would be coming early for the air-conditioning, which defeated the purpose. The beds were very hard, the room was quite noisy, and there was only one slow elevator. Overall okay for a short stay, but not very comfortable for the price.
The hotel is a lovely place to stay with a great cafe downstairs for breakfast. It also has a pool, but for me the stand out highlight of this place is the staff who are very attentive, they really go above and beyond for the guests. Highly recommended Punthill apartments!
We were very impressed by the rooms,location an the very professional friendly staff. They went out of their way to oblige us. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone and will definitely be back in the near future.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and access to a decent gym, highly recommend.
