The reception staff were extremely rude, and I will never stay here again. The room smelled strongly of cat urine—absolutely disgusting. This place is filthy and not worth anyone’s time or money.

DO NOT stay here! VERY RUDE staff and the place has an all night Shisha lounge below it that makes noise ALL NIGHT! You won't sleep. My girlfriend has a medical condition and the staff at reception would not let her up into the room and she had no way of contacting me, the staff were very rude and would not help her. We have now been kicked out of this hotel because of the staff not knowing how to deal with a customer with a medical condition. She has a form of schizophrenia and sometimes cannot help 'going off' at people. S... read more

If only a zero star was available. This was, without question, the most revolting accommodation experience I have ever had. • No clean linen – After check‑in, I contacted their operator and was told to “grab linen from a storage cupboard.” There was none – only towels. • Filthy bed – The bed was covered in long and short pubic hairs. Rooms are old, tired. Beds are saggy. Small TV in bedroom. Main room good-sized TV. Dirty cutlery/crockery!!! The cleaner (who did NOT clean our room!), Catherine, is awesome! Impeccable service. Other staff are friendly. It’s just the rooms and the location. It’s a meh from me, sorry.
