We stayed here for 3 months. Communication with the reception staff was outstanding. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great experience. Check‑in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and helpful local recommendations. Rooms were specious and clean and had all the ammunition needed for a comfortable stay. My partner and I stayed in the apartment for 2 months and during this time, the staff were exceptional, always trying to impress, provide quality service and their effort is really appreciated. For the best experience, I recommend that you keep in touch with Peter, the manager, for any specific requests. He is very helpful and great to deal with.

Rooms were gross, Dusty, dirty windows, hand/finger prints everywhere, chairs and couches were filthy, dead bugs and dust in everything. The only thing that was clean were the sheets. Very loud outside noise and thin walls to next door… I wouldn’t recommend staying here and especially not with your kids.
