Good,needs more communication, towels not delivered every day had to find out myself, front lady does give put much information about what they do and don't do,coffee machine not working, stove vent not working ,would I stay again maybe,shower good
地點在城東商業區，，上坡路，附近沒有超市，不是很方便。入口高階梯不平也沒電梯，提大行李很困難。房間很髒，從未有過。廁紙仍留馬桶裡，毛巾不夠、到處灰塵、冰箱吵雜、冷氣老舊、沙發髒污不敢坐、廚具有髒垢、洗碗機內有廚餘臭味撲鼻、沒有清洗用具。房間和廳堂只以捲簾隔離，光線溫度差。ㄧ晚電梯裏丟有衣物，還有大麻味，感覺可怕。住了四天，沒有客房清理。職員不專業，應付了事。這樣的價錢這樣的住宿，真的是糟的一次經驗！
Very reasonably priced for the location and type of accommodation. Clean and spacious rooms.
Horrible stay, despite lovely reception staff. Despite being a 4 star hotel, Punthill Manhattan was anything but. While the room was spacious and in a good location, the general hygiene was abysmal. The bathroom is about 15 years outdated, with clear mould growing above the shower and below the sink. Patches of dirt and grime were in every corner and the walls were stained with who knows what.
