Had booked over a month ago for 2 bedroom apartment as it was an adult family weekend away. Hotel rang the day before to confirm we were coming, I had already confirmed online. The day of check-in, hotel contacted to ask arrival time. I told them estimated time, all good. Another phone call when we were forty minutes away. There was now no two bedroom apartment available so we would be in separate rooms but on the same floor. Arrive at desk to find we are on level one and family members are on level 6. very very very bad wifi it's not good
A great location in the heart of the city and walking distance from the train station. Comfortable bed, great little kitchenette and spacious room.
All very good loved it.
I can't really review the rooms as ours wasn't even made up when we checked in... no one at reception to address the issue. Update... we were given another room, only to walk in and find it was already occupied. 3rd time lucky Once we were given a room, it was lovely! Big comfy bed, spacious bathroom, spacious living area. Small balcony overlooking the street, but it's not set up so we didn't really sit out there.
