Dirty, unmaintained accommodation. Rude service from the receptionist Michelle & overall a very disappointing experience. Be careful booking a stay at this place
Horrible service from Michelle at reception. Overcharged us without trying to rectify the situation. Not to mention the place is dirty & under construction at the moment with exit lights hanging from the roof and ripped up carpet in the hallways. Very deceiving to the pictures posted on booking.com. Do not recommend this place AT ALL.
Do not book a stay at this hotel. SCAM! We booked our stay through booking.com. The listing states that it is pet friendly and therefore we bought our dogs with us. Upon arriving at reception we were greeted by Michelle who advised there is a $250 pet fee additional to what we already agreed to on booking.com. I advised her that we were not told anywhere in the listing that we needed to communicate we were bringing our dogs. My advice is don’t do it!! If I could do minus stars I would. Horrible and disgusting place. We booked a place based on the photos we saw and that must have been from a long time ago. We had mould through the carpet, can’t even explain how strong the smell was. It was dirty and poorly maintained. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 1 as we have children and had no where else to go. I’m absolutely mortified that people are allowed to stay in this place.
