What I love most about Punthill Knox is the people. Everyone—from the manager to the cleaning staff—is super friendly, helpful, and just really nice to deal with. The place has everything you need to feel at home, especially if you’re staying a while. It’s comfy, convenient, and just makes things easy. If you book early and go through their website, the prices are great—especially the longer stay rates. Stayed last weekend. Had to request another room as the the cleanliness of the room was not acceptable and the people next door decided to sneak onto our balcony whilst having a get together with a group ( you can squeeze between partition on the balcony). Initially happy with the new room but the dried snot on the wall near the toilet was the last straw. Won't be staying again! Please improve the security ( ie block off access properly) and cleanliness of your rooms. Laying on your bed and looking up to see a stranger there... read more
