It's starting to get a little tired here and the floo we were on had a bad odour in the corridorband heavy carpet stains. Parking is too expensive for the location in outer suburbs. The room size is comfortable and generous and the staff were friendly and helpful.
This place is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. My room smelled like wet dog. The ac was so loud and never cleaned.
What I love most about Punthill Knox is the people. Everyone—from the manager to the cleaning staff—is super friendly, helpful, and just really nice to deal with. The place has everything you need to feel at home, especially if you’re staying a while. It’s comfy, convenient, and just makes things easy.
