After my shoulder surgery I came to Punta Gorda Physical Therapy for the month of January 2025. I was treated by Mary who is a very professional and caring Physical Therapist. Mary designed a program that increased both my range of motion and strength in my shoulder and arm. I highly recommend Mary as an excellent Physical Therapist. Thank you Mary!
I first met Mary during physical therapy in Maryland. When I needed an excellent PT again, I knew exactly who to call - even though she was now in Florida! Mary didn't let the distance stop her from helping. Through video calls, texts, and personalized exercises, I'm now stronger with better mobility. Mary Naylor has been a life changer for me ! I've been diagnosed with IC and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is one of the very few people ( including medical field )who understands and is familiar with this condition. What a relief to find her! She is patient ,gentle , knowledgeable- and she has given me hope ! I now get more sleep ,am more active and in much less pain than I was just 3 weeks ago !! To me this is a miracle.
