They dont pick up the phone and keep declining my calls i was wanting to book but they wont answer in any way and if yu try book online it says theres never spaces available at all its really disappointing as i have only gone there for my piercings and its sucha shame how downhill they have gone has a company.
Lied and said I booked a different day
The service at Punktured is first class. Chloe was so kind and patient with my 7 year old having her ears pierced and did an amazing job, there has been no swelling or issues since. I booked a navel piercing at the same time but my belly button isn't suitable, Chloe took the time to explain what, was really sweet and refunded my deposit. I've just been back as my girl lost the bar and her ear had slightly healed and again, Chloe was amazing. Highly highly recommended
