Our experience at JS Motors & Tyres, Pakenham was extremely disappointing. My family and I visited with the intention of buying a car. We politely asked a simple question about the vehicle’s odometer, but instead of answering professionally, the salesperson became rude and told us he didn’t want to sell us the car. JS Motors Provide an excellent experience! Sahib and his team did a great job with my ford falcon xr6 with diff bushes and another work. The service was quick, and professional. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable automotive service .
I went to a shop to get the Roadworthy Certificate (RWC), and while waiting, I noticed a rat where I was sitting. The mechanic then took my car to a different licensed shop for inspection. The RWC didn’t pass, and he said it would cost $1,530 to fix everything and get the certificate. I told him I’d take it to my mechanic instead, and he argued, saying he’d charge me an extra $60. By the way, the RWC is valid for 14 days, so I didn’t pay. I took my car to my mechanic, and he fixed everything for under $200. Talk about a scam... read more
