Dr Shivaprasad is great! She spent time hearing what is going on and advised what next steps to take. Very diligent. I highly recommend her
Met her for the first time ever and now wish she was my full time GI. She cares about the patient, didn’t feel like I needed to advocate for myself as she already had done it in my part. She listens and truly empathizes with you when discussing about procedures and your disease/situation. She is very honest and straightforward as well on the risks, doesn’t leave any stone unturned. I arrived for my scheduled March 12th 11 am appointment with Dr. Punitha Shivaprasad at 10:40 am. At 11:45 am, still waiting, I ended up going to the front desk to get a refund on my copay. The entire time no one ever came up to me to say the doctor was running extremely behind.... if she even was.... or apologized for the delay, including after the fact where I received no call from the doctor or a member of her staff.
