I arrived for my scheduled March 12th 11 am appointment with Dr. Punitha Shivaprasad at 10:40 am. At 11:45 am, still waiting, I ended up going to the front desk to get a refund on my copay. The entire time no one ever came up to me to say the doctor was running extremely behind.... if she even was.... or apologized for the delay, including after the fact where I received no call from the doctor or a member of her staff. Great compassionate Dr, very good at explaining what is happening
Dr. Shiva, you are the greatest doctor I've ever gone to. In just two surgeries you cured my pancreatitis. When you did surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes it was the most pleasant prochedure I've ever had. You and your entire team were the best. Much to my susrprise, all of you sent me Thank You cards, I wasn't the best, all of you were. Sorry I don't remember exactly when I had the surgery but it was a fabulous success and I enjoyed every minute with all of you in the operating room. Thank you very much. Love you all.
