I had an absolutely terrible experience with this doctors medical student, Megan Ponke. She personally complained to the doctor about me because I swore and gave her a compliment in our video visit. I feel very uncomfortable that I was treated this way. I would recommend that you go to the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio for any GI issues. It is a waste of health care dollars to see this woman. So disinterested, wouldn’t answer questions. Other have very accurately described her lack of concern. Does UM look at these reviews. I think she should be fired
Honestly the only doctor that cares and tries to help me with chronic issues.
My experience with Dr. Punglia was terrible at best. Not only was she incredibly rude and ill mannered, my entire appointment took place from her bed, which even in recent times, strikes me as highly unprofessional. She didn't look at my chart or any test results prior to my appointment and ordered the same tests I just had done less than six months ago. She seemed bothered anytime I would speak without first being questioned. Overall, a terrible experience and I won't be going back.
Deeply unimpressed. Wish I could give zero stars. Earlier this year I experienced a sudden onset of reflux symptoms which progressed to daily nausea and vomiting. After a new patient video visit and subsequent calls to the office I was prescribed anti-nausea medication and scheduled for an endoscopy. I should note that support staff and nurses were very compassionate throughout. After the endoscopy I had a lot of discomfort in my throat and esophagus when swallowing on top of my already very uncomfortable symptoms. My video ... read more
