James was up front and very transparent. Because I drove a long distance for a Toyota Sequoia on his lot, he sent me every bit of information I needed. That includes photos, history of the vehicle, tire tread, last oil change, etc. he went above and beyond so that I could easily make an informed decision when I finally came to look and test drive the SUV.
