Do NOT use this company, either as a customer or a subcontractor! My company was brought in by My Punch Pro as a subcontractor to do an estimate on one of their customer's homes. When we got there, we found that the customer was using another contractor. My Punch Pro was aware of that but did not call to let us know. The My Punch Pro representative apologized and assured us that we would be paid a trip charge for our time and their mistake. I would not recommend this company. They were hired by listing agent of the home we purchased. In order to close on time we agreed to allow sellers to give us the amount and we pay punch pro as they were scheduled to come the week after close. Terrible mistake, they said the original bidder did not include pricing of large items like windows and doors even with it stating customer provided on other items. Google made me give them a star to write a review, unfortunately they don't even deserve one star. Moved in a home a few months back, Punch Pro completed the repairs on the inspection sheet. One of the repaired items failed and the owners response was well we fixed it at the time. They basically put a bandaid on it and called it fixed. Its companies like this that give contractors bad reputations.
