A representative of this company reached out to me in mid January 2025 to complete some closing repairs that were needed same day. We agreed upon a price and I dispatched a technician out same day to complete the repairs. Bosscat is not a professional company at all. They fired me because I have the same policy for my company that they have for me. That’s a little double standard. Said policy is they don’t pay me out until they get customer approval I also do not pay anyone until I get customer approval and every worker of mine knew that I have proof as well.
