I wish that I could give them negative stars because that’s all they deserve! Absolutely DO NOT hire this company! They hire fly by night companies to do the work, they don’t communicate well and are 100% unprofessional in every single way.! They don’t stand behind their word either. They came to us through our realtor. We had a pretty big project that we needed done on a house to get it ready to sell. Bosscat quoted my seller client $750 to repair 2 inches of a door jamb and to clear a cl100. We shopped around and thank GOD we did as we had the repair completed and the cl100 cleared for $350. I cannot fathom what else they overcharge and under deliver on!!!!

Been waiting and working on getting estimates for a week now. Just finally got their estimate back and when I tried to order the work to be done I am now told they aren't even doing repairs. "currently on hold for all repairs until further notice". Doing repairs is kinda like your one thing lol. Kinda messed up our timing now in a real estate transaction. Hired Bosscat for repairs of home to ready for resale . Prices were higher than some of the other contractors but went with due to the availability of one hire to do multiple types of repairs. Time sensitivity was a premium since we had already purchased another home . Never showed up at time project was to start. Started nine days past original agreed upon start date. I called Bosscat for estimates on the repairs needed for a home we were purchasing. When your perfect home has numerous necessary repairs, it usually important to know what these repairs would cost. I worked with Chito and he was amazing. Attentive and sensitive to my anxiety, he gained my confidence. They do not give estimates if they determine that they do not have enough information, which is a testament to their trustworthiness.
