Awesome doctor—highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. He takes the time to understand his patients’ needs and carefully monitors their progress, ensuring they receive the best care possible until they are fully recovered.
Dr Youssef is the BEST doctor ever! He is so kind, loving and treats his patients like family. Everyone loves him so much. This has to be the best GP clinic in Punchbowl.
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The level of rudeness and lack of professionalism was shocking. After waiting for over two hours, we were finally seen by the doctor, who came across as dismissive and insincere. He bluntly stated that he doesn’t take new clients, which felt more like an excuse to avoid dealing with the complexity of the case.
