This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We brought our child for a scheduled appointment at 10:40 a.m., and it’s now 11:15 a.m., yet we haven’t been attended to. What is the purpose of giving appointment times if patients are not seen anywhere near them? This kind of delay shows a lack of respect for people’s time and needs immediate attention. There should be proper regulations or management oversight to prevent such repeated unprofessional conduct.
All the other doctors at the centre are very good, but Dr. Alam is extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He lacks basic people skills, manners, and professionalism. He doesn’t know how to communicate or greet patients properly. It’s disappointing to see someone with such behaviour in a respected profession like medicine.
Very bad customer service I had to wait for 40 min then I found they cancelled my appointment via the app .they don’t considerate other and they r not honest with customer.they just let you wait .they are not professional and also lazy to check the app to confirm the appointment
