I love Punch Love! The trainers are so good. They make working out fun. I recently joined and immediately felt welcomed. The staff and members are a lovely community. I highly recommend Punch Love! Getting fit has never been this enjoyable.
I absolutely love training at Punch Love! The classes are super fun, energetic, and motivating. The coaches are so friendly and encouraging — they always push you to do your best while keeping the vibe positive. I’ve recommended it to my friends too, and they all love it! It’s definitely the best part of my week. 🥊💖
The workouts are so fun, the coaches are amazing and attentive, the programs are well thought out but above all the best part is the community! It’s so motivating to be in a room full of supportive women, all working towards becoming better, healthier versions of themselves (whatever form that takes). I’ve been to so many gyms but PLC is the one I’ve been consistent with and stuck to because the vibes are simply unmatched!!
the team and community at punch love are the best! everyone is so inviting and helpful. i love the workouts at punch love as they're the perfect blend of cardio and strength and the coaches are continuously helping you work towards improvement (whatever that may look like for you)!! could not recommend more :)
