Transamerica has the worst waiting times. In this day and age it's wiod to think I waited over an hour and still not one person picked up.... then 15 more minutes went by and a woman answered and put me back on hold. I hung up. Here i am AGAIN today and on hold 15 min. I give up!! I don't think they deserve a star.
They displayed punctuality, honesty and fair business dealing. They were at our house for repairs ahead of time and never kept us waiting for anything. They gave us unbiased advice regarding buying carpet and tiles. Both Dave and Mark were patient in answering our questions and made sure that our house was ready before our move-in date.
I wish I had found Punch List Solutions a long time ago for doing the "stuff" that is beyond my skills. After a deck and some skylights they are now my first call. I really appreciate that they are easy to reach, call back when they say they will, and give you straight answers to questions. They show up when they say they will. Now I wouldn't expect anything less from Punch List but it's a nice change from my experience with some other contractors. And last, the finished work looks great. My new concrete deck looks great . Punch List Solutions did such an incredible job! Dave, Mark, Paul and PJ were all amazing from the consultation through to the actual work they did. They were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Mark and Paul came out for the initial consultation and worked with us to understand our needs and helped us come up with a plan of action. They were affordable and quick even through the holidays.
